- Number Porting allows users to port in numbers registered with other phone companies or toll free providers.
- CNAM allows users to set the Name that should appear for outbound calls.
- E911 is needed for Office/Home Phone Services to set the Name/Address registered to a phone number for outbound calls to emergency services (911).
